OPERATIONS CONTROL

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for working independently to oversee critical warehouse departments in a small team environment. The ideal candidate will supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service. Departments highlighted but not limited to are as follows;

Emails / Returns

• Construct and follow current automation processes and see that they are running according to brand standards daily.

Inventory

• Oversee and maintain inventory standards that follow proper organization and procedures during alternative brand elements and events.
• Inbound - vendors, returns, international
• Outbound - customers, Nashville studio, content creators
• Model Inventory - HQ studio and Nashville Studio

Warehouse

• Receiving - product organization and disbursement according to set standards including proper barcoding and packaging within the warehouse management systems
• Studios - part of the overall HQ warehouse and business design to construct structural flows from the Stylists to the Talent and maintain studio standards through all events.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management preferred.
• Minimum three-year experience in

• Fast Adaptation to different daily demands based on Holidays and seasonal industry changes and flows.
• Organization and structure building.
