OH NO! Sometimes we just need to make a return! NO PROBLEM!
Holiday Return Policy - all purchases made between 11/1/16 - 12/24/16 will be accepted for return if received by 1/10/17 or 14 days from date of ship.
- Coupon codes may not apply to past purchases.
- We are here to help! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 14 days of the ship date.
- We ACCEPT returns on Final Sale and Promo Code merchandise as store credit - unlike most online e-tailers.
- If item is defected please email email@example.com within 24 hours upon receiving and we require a picture.
- The above return form includes detailed return instructions. Please follow the instructions to return your package.
- Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging. All shoes must be returned in the original box/packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping is non refundable.
- There is a 15% restocking fee on returns unless store credit is selected.
- Returns are processed within 5-9 business days upon arrival back to us.
