At Amazing Lace, we are committed to creating beautiful, thoughtfully designed apparel while reducing unnecessary waste. As part of that commitment, many of our products are now made to order rather than mass produced.
Instead of manufacturing large quantities that may never be worn, each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. This sustainable production method helps reduce overproduction, excess inventory, and textile waste—making it a better choice for our customers and for the planet.
Made-to-Order Collection
The following products are custom made specifically for your order and are Final Sale:

- Made-to-Order Accessories
- Any item identified as Made to Order on the product page
Because these items are produced exclusively for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.
Production & Shipping Time
Made-to-order items require production before they ship.
Production Time: 2–5 business days
Once your order has been handcrafted, it will ship using the shipping method selected at checkout.
If your order contains both in-stock items and made-to-order items, they may ship separately.

Every Amazing Lace graphic begins as original artwork created exclusively for Amazing Lace by our design team in Tennessee, USA.
Our artwork is never purchased from stock marketplaces or mass-produced catalogs. Each design is created specifically for our brand before being professionally printed on demand in the United States.
This allows us to continually introduce fresh designs while maintaining exceptional quality and supporting American production.
In-Stock Boutique Merchandise
Items that are stocked in our warehouse (excluding Final Sale items) may be returned within our posted return window provided they are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Smoke and odor free
- Free of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, and stains
- Returned with original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following items are always Final Sale:
- All Made-to-Order products
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- Intimates
- Beauty products
- Jewelry
- Hair accessories
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
- Any item marked Final Sale
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every order before shipment. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We'll review your claim and make it right as quickly as possible.

Return via Mail
Start your return or exchange online here. Box up your items, apply the label provided, and ship them back to us.
Returning Shoes or Boots? If you apply the shipping label directly to the shoe box and tape it up your return will be denied. Please place in a shipping box or use the Return Bar.
You’ll get an email when your items have been received and your store credit has been processed. Please allow 10 days for your credit to be initiated.
