- within 14 days of ship date
If your return does not follow our policies it is not our responsibility to ship it back to you. We will provide you with a link to pay for shipping your items back. Any order that is returned violating the policy above and does not pay to have it shipped back will be discarded and donated within 5 business days after our returns department has contacted you via email.
