Many of our exclusive graphic apparel collections are made to order, meaning each piece is produced specifically for you after your order is placed. This helps reduce overproduction, minimize textile waste, and allows us to continually introduce original designs without creating excess inventory.

Our boutique collections may include both In-Stock and Made-to-Order merchandise. Shipping times vary depending on the products in your order.

Production Time

2–7 Business Days

Your order enters production shortly after purchase before shipping.

Shipping transit time begins after production is complete.

In-Stock Boutique Items

Items stocked in our Tennessee warehouse typically ship within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order merchandise, items may arrive in separate shipments.

• All orders will have tracking confirmation sent via email at the time your order is fulfilled.
• All shipments where tracking status is deemed "delivered" will serve as proof of delivery. Amazing Lace is not responsible for lost or stolen claims once proof of delivery is confirmed. Tampering with the mail is a FEDERAL OFFENSE. If you feel your mail was stolen please report it immediately to your local carrier's office. 
• Please make sure the shipping address provided to us is correct and complete. The most common reason for an undeliverable shipment is that the apartment or suite # has been omitted. Orders that have to be shipped again due to insufficient address will be charged for the 2nd shipping cost.

Hi, I'm Chrissy.

I founded Amazing Lace in 2006, back when online fashion looked very different than it does today.

What started with lingerie on eBay grew into one of the early independent online boutiques, eventually reaching millions of women and taking us from Memphis to Florida to Nashville.

For nearly two decades, I've worked as a buyer, creative director and stylist, traveling to market, developing products, building collections and watching fashion change from the inside.

Amazing Lace has changed too.

Amazing Lace has always had two sides. Fall and winter are rooted in Nashville and modern western style, while spring and summer head to the coast with a polished mix of classic Americana and preppy beach style. It is a seasonal shift that has become part of who we are.

We've dressed hundreds of thousands of customers, had our pieces worn by country artists and celebrities, and watched more than a few of our ideas travel much farther than we ever intended.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I split my time between Tennessee and Florida and have always been happiest somewhere near the water. I have been married for 20 years, am a mom, and believe family and faith comes before everything else. After nearly two decades in fashion, I still love creating, discovering what is next, and building Amazing Lace around a life that has evolved right alongside it.
